Export a MiFID II End Client Report

How to export a MiFID II end client report to support sustainability suitability assessments.

The MiFID II end client report is a client-facing PDF designed to support suitability assessments, showing how a portfolio aligns with a client's stated sustainability preferences.

Steps

  1. Open the relevant fund or portfolio.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Export PDF.
  4. Step 2 — Select the portfolio.
  5. Step 3 — Select the report type: MiFID II end client report.
  6. Step 4 — Select the sustainable investments method you want to use for the report. This determines how the portfolio's sustainable investment share is calculated and displayed.
  7. Click Export.

Choosing a sustainable investments method

MiFID II requires advisers to match clients' sustainability preferences against the products they recommend. The method you select determines which definition of "sustainable investment" is applied — for example, SFDR Article 2(17) sustainable investments, EU Taxonomy-aligned investments, or investments considering PAIs. Select the method that matches how your fund is positioned and how your clients' preferences are defined.
